Once the participant limit is reached, the meet-up is marked as fully booked and you can no longer sign up. Look for similar meet-ups or ask the host whether another one is planned.

As the host you can adjust or cancel your meet-up if something changes. Everyone who signed up should know early – reliability is the foundation of real encounters.

If you have notifications switched on, we remind you about meet-ups you have signed up for. That way you do not miss a date. You configure your alerts in the settings.

Set the title, date, place and – if you like – a participant limit. Your meet-up then appears in your group and among the activities, so others can sign up.

Open the meet-up and sign up with one click. You can see the place, the time and how many people are already coming. If there is a participant limit, you can see how many places are left.

Turn up on time and be open – the rest takes care of itself once you are together. At group meet-ups you often get to know several people at once.

After the meet-up you can confirm to each other that you really did meet. That becomes a verified meet-up, which appears on your profiles as a signal of trust.

Yes. If you cannot make it after all, withdraw in good time so the place frees up. Cancelling fairly keeps the community dependable.

Meet-ups are organised by members and hosts. Alongside them there are events from vetted organisers – workshops, tours or concerts, for example – with clear details on place, price and places available.
