Premium & payment

Adverts can appear in the free version – but only if you have given the corresponding consent. With Premium you use Wegbegleiter365 advert-free.

The basic features are free for good – so you can get to know Wegbegleiter365 at your own pace before deciding on Premium. Whether there is a special introductory offer at the moment is shown on the pricing page.

Premium unlocks extra convenience features – advanced filters, more visibility and an advert-free experience, for example. The basic features stay free.

Payment runs securely through our payment provider. Your payment details are processed there in encrypted form – we do not store full card details.

You can end your Premium membership at any time. Once the paid period runs out you automatically switch back to free use – your profile and your content stay in place.

Coins are a playful reward inside the app: you collect them through activity, for instance by dropping in daily or through real meet-ups. Coins are not a subscription but an extra that rewards taking part.

Through activity you collect experience points and climb levels. Your level and rank are publicly visible and show how active you are in the community.

For certain milestones – many confirmed meet-ups or posts, for example – you receive awards in bronze, silver, gold or platinum. They make your commitment visible.
